Product Process
Organic Raw material preparation: First, you need to prepare dry polygonatum as raw material.
Soaking: After cleaning and chopping the raw materials, put them into the extraction tank and soak them for 3 hours10.
Extraction: The soaked raw materials are extracted three times to extract all the effective active ingredients as much as possible.
Filtration: After the extraction is completed, the residue needs to be filtered out, leaving the extract liquid.
Concentration: Concentrate the filtered extract to increase the concentration of the extract.
Impurity removal: During the concentration process, impurities need to be removed to ensure the quality of the extract.
Drying: Finally, the impurity-removed extract is made into fine powder by spraying (vacuum drying)
